Mi hoy amigo Paulo, me contactó hace varios meses desde Panamá, durante el proceso de la fabricación de este anillo, que él había escogido como regalo perfecto para el cumpleaños de su esposa, tuvimos ciertos inconvenientes de comunicación y el proceso se cargó de inseguridades y ansiedad que llegaron a incomodar a mi cliente, gracias a Dios caímos en cuenta de nuestros errores y corregimos a tiempo, logrando restablecer nuestra buena relación y rescatar el interés y apoyo inicial con el que Paulo nos había contactado.

My friend Paulo, contacted me several months ago from Panama, during the process of making this ring, which he had chosen as a perfect gift for his wife’s birthdays,  we had several communication inconveniences, which made the process fraught with insecurities and anxiety, starting to annoy my client, thanks to God we realized our mistakes and fixed everything in time, managing to restore our good relationship and rescue the interest and initial support with which Paul had contacted us.

Juntos, mi equipo y el cliente caímos en cuenta de cuales habían sido las fallas y como corregirlas. A partir de este momento la relación con Paulo se fortaleció de a tal punto que empecé a conversar no con un cliente sino con un amigo que piedra a piedra nos ayudó a plasmar sus sentimientos en metal y me mostró el significado que esta pieza tenía para él y el amor tan puro que siente por Priscila, su esposa.

From this moment the relationship with Paulo was strengthened to such an extent that I began to talk not just with a client but with a friend that stone by stone helped us to express his feelings in metal, he showed me the meaning that this piece had for him and the pure love he feels for Priscilla, his wife.
